The ‘Warmer Extension’ design was conceived through the use of a unique modular pod system, prefabricated with the aim to speed up installation time and minimise disruption on site. We understand the importance of having an extension system that is hassle free, easy to assemble but without compromise to performance.
All extensions are designed and created on the latest manufacturing software and sent directly to our ‘state of the art’ CNC Machining Centre. This method ensures maximum precision and quality control from start to finish.
What makes our Warmer Extension, the Ultimate Bespoke Modular System?
*160mm Wall structure
A 6×2” structural grade timber wall section, covered with a 15mm OSB outer skin.
*Roof System
Choose either a Pitched Roof or Flat Roof System for your extension made from structural grade timber with a 15mm OSB outer skin.
*Premium Insulation
125mm multifoil honeycomb insulation pre-fitted into all wall and roof sections for maximum thermal efficiency.
*Exterior Wall Finish
Waterproof breather membrane, treated timber battens, DPC, starter trims and fixings. Then your choice of cladding, render or bricks.
*Internal Wall Finish
52.5mm thick Insulated Plasterboard, then plastered for a smooth internal finish and decorated.
*Rainwater Goods
Stylish double Ogee gutter system.
*Roof Tiles or EDPM Rubber
Choose from our range of synthetic slate or Shingle tiles. EPDM Rubber provided with all Flat Roofs.
*Soffit & Fascia Board
We have a range of soffit and fascia colour options available to complement your cladding choice..
