After you've placed your order, we will contact you to set up a date for your technical survey. The panels have a manufacturing time of approx. 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the option you decide to go for. Although we do stock some standard panel sizes, so we maybe able to fit you in sooner if required, depending on the roofing solution you have decided on. We take the measurements from our technical surveyor and the creation of your bespoke roof/panels begins.

Once the panels are manufactured or the tile solution is in stock and all of the relevant components of your order, such as guttering, mouldings etc. have arrived with us, they are quality checked by our team. Once we have confirmed that all parts have arrived and passed quality checks, one of our friendly team will be in contact with you to arrange an installation date.

Our installation team will arrive on the arranged date to install your new insulated replacement panels or insulated tiled roof.

• If you have gone with one of the replacement panel options, they will remove your existing panels and fit your new insulated panels/double glazing units into your framework. The job will be completed the same day or within 2/3 days for glazed options and your conservatory will be left clean and ready for you to enjoy.

• If you have gone with the replacement tiled roof option, they will remove your existing panels and framework. Then fit your framework and insulated lightweight tiled roof onto your wall framework. This is a more complex job, but will be completed within 3 to 5 days and your conservatory will be left clean and ready for you to enjoy. Please note that your conservatory will be kept weather tight throughout the installation process.
